The voice box indicates messages and the electronic inbox is full of e-mails. All these incoming messages should be assigned to the respective recipient immediately. As an add-on software, serVonic's unified messaging solution is integrated in the existing messaging system of your company.

In contrast to self-contained systems, the available structure and architecture including messaging client, data bases and Message Transfer Agent of the messaging system can be used for the sending and reception of the messages. For the company: The data are administered in only one system, so that the need of resources and therewith hardware is relatively low for the company. No inconsistencies may occur between different systems.

The PC as professional telephony workstation

At your workstation PC, you have all the telephony features at your disposal within the interface you are using: With incoming calls, a contact window with the caller data pops up at your screen - even before you accept the call. By marking a phone number, you can start calls out of any application by hotkey dialing. You can schedule calls for resubmission and start them directly in due time. 

Computer-aided call management

The IXI-Call status monitor improves your in-house communication: You can see whose telephone is ringing and can pick up calls easily by mouse click. Short text messages in real-time can be sent to colleagues by instant messaging. With the out of the office indication, you can inform your colleagues that you are not at your workstation at the moment.
